Where “lifetime access” is provided, this refers to the lifespan of the program platform and continued operation of MagnetiK Health & Wellbeing.

3. Pricing + Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

You agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your purchase

Authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your nominated payment method

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, or through Ivorey.

We do not store full credit card details.

4. Refunds + Cancellations

Because our programs and digital products include immediate access to downloadable and online materials, all sales are final unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

We may offer refunds in situations where:

A program fails to deliver as described

There is a major defect with the product

Required by ACCC guidelines.

Change of mind is not grounds for a refund.

Any 1:1 sessions, group sessions, or Voxer/voice-message support occur within the boundaries described in the specific offering.

We reserve the right to refuse service where behaviour is harmful, disrespectful, or violates our community values.

6. Wellbeing, Health + Results Disclaimer

MagnetiK Mumma provides education, lifestyle tools, nervous system support, emotional literacy, and wellbeing guidance.

We do not guarantee:

Specific health outcomes

Mental health outcomes

Financial or business results

Personal transformation timelines
